Absolutely professional and they went above & beyond. I had a section of fence that kept getting blown out by our infamous RC winds. They replaced it with extra security and is perfect so much so I’m having them return to redo the entire 1/3 acre. They also replaced missing drywall, textured & painted two bathrooms. I’m definitely more than happy & will be looking forward to their continued work in my home & property. They did such a great job even my neighbor had their section of fence removed & replaced too! Prices are very fair & comparable with extra security of being licensed. Thank you Andrea & Matt & crews for making this a great experience.

I’m writing this for my nephew Reuben. He called say his had backed plumbing so we started calling different places which no one could do it till Monday or longer. We called pro plumbing and they went over and took care of the problem. Kevin was awesome he said very courteous and willing to give him some pointers cause of Kevin pro plumbing will gain another customer for all my family houses. I called Pro plumbing and explained them my situation that I had with another plumbing service and how I've been with out hot water for almost a week and they came right out and inspected and told me the problem, communicated with me with every step and sent me the invoice right away ohh and got me in the next day to do the repairs! I did a total replacement of all my plumbing interior and exterior to the water meter including sinks, tub and shower, and water heater. I'm extremely happy with the result it beat my biggest expectations - my water pressure went from near nothing to very powerful. My home's plumbing dated from the 30s and 40s and there were leaks so it was a lot of work to do all this. I especially appreciate that Pro Pluming came out to Red Mountain which is very remote - other plumbers wouldn't do it and only worked in Ridgecrest. I'd very highly recommend.

My situation was urgent. I had no hot water and a leaking water heater. I called several places but these guys were the ones available. They were able to come out right away to take a look and were able to replace the water heater the very next day. They gave a 2 hour window and arrived as scheduled.
Pro Plumbing calendared a Plumbing appraisal request. Then, when the job needed to be canceled, unexpectedly, Pro Plumbing graciously, kindly and most respectfully accommodated the cancelation. They would be my go to plumber for any plumbing need going forward. Would give them the highest recommendation, gladly. Thank you Pro Plumbing!

My roommate and I moved in to a new place and found multiple issues. we contacted Pro Plumbing and they got us on the schedule for next day. There was an exterior leak and they located and repaired the pipe. The toilet in the hall bath was not flushing so they cleared it and i received a reasonable quote for a toilet replacements so we went ahead and did it. The master bath had a leaky faucet and found a bad supply line so they replaced it. And Finally the water heater was not functioning so we had it replaced. Over all the technicians were very professional and fast.

Very pleased with their service. We developed a slab link in the kitchen on Memorial Day; the hot water line broke somewhere under the kitchen. I called to schedule an appointment for some time later in the week. However, someone showed up that day to assess the situation and said they could start on it the following day. They arrived the following day as promised and rerouted the hot water line without having to tear up the kitchen floor. Then showed again on Wednesday to tidy up their work. This was very professional. Had a similar situation happen about 10 years ago in the back bathroom and didn’t get such good service from another contractor at that time. In fact, it took well over a week to get it addressed

I discovered I had a slab leak a couple days before Christmas. Pro Plumbing came out within an hour that night to confirm and give me an estimate. They squeezed me into the schedule on Christmas eve to fix the issue. They were quick and did great work. I will be sure to go to them when any other issues arise.
