Shane came out same day as call. Needed complete replumbing of under kitchen sink as a completely different (larger) sink was installed during a remodel, and the remodeler did not do plumbing. I was expecting an appointment after he gave me a summary of what was needed. But, he said, "I can do it now, I have all the necessary tools/parts in my truck" - mind you it was about 5:30 PM. He did a good job, did it well, and in an very timely manner.
