"Very pleased with their service. We developed a slab link in the kitchen on Memorial Day; the hot water line broke somewhere under the kitchen. I called to schedule an appointment for some time later in the week. However, someone showed up that day to assess the situation and said they could start on it the following day. They arrived the following day as promised and rerouted the hot water line without having to tear up the kitchen floor. Then showed again on Wednesday to tidy up their work. This was very professional. Had a similar situation happen about 10 years ago in the back bathroom and didn’t get such good service from another contractor at that time. In fact, it took well over a week to get it addressed"
